We collect and process personal data for managing customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing our services (e.g., quote requests, order deliveries, event arrangements). Data is not used for automated profiling.
Through the contact form, we store mandatory: name, email address, message content; optional: phone number, area of interest (e.g., Catering).
Additionally, we collect server log data (IP address, timestamp, browser used) to ensure data security.
Data is obtained directly from the user through the contact form or through other means during the customer relationship.
We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.
Our website uses only essential cookies that enable the technical functionality of the site (e.g., form CSRF protection). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the customer relationship and to fulfill legal obligations. Contact form messages are deleted within 24 months at the latest, unless there is an active customer relationship.
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, restrict processing, and file a complaint with the supervisory authority. Requests should be directed to the contact person mentioned in section 2.
The system is protected by firewalls and passwords. Only employees who need the data for their work duties have access. Our certificates use TLS encryption (HTTPS).
We reserve the right to update this policy if our services or legislation change. Significant changes will be announced on our website.
